Arctic Design Pomskies is a homse based kennel run by Joline Phillips (PCA co-founder) who has been in the canine industry for over 10 years. Arctic Design Pomskies puppies cost between $2000 and $3500 and a $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy; included in the cost is a two year health guarantee, vaccinations, and a health certificate. If you can’t pick up your puppy, shipping is available for an additional $350 anywhere in the United States via an approved airline carrier or door to door shipping in AZ, CA,NV,UT,CO and NM.
