Diesel, a 7 year old Belgian Shepherd police dog was killed during a raid in Saint Dennis early Wednesday November 18th, 2015 while in search of terrorists who were involved in the attacks in Paris. It’s very unfortunate that Diesel had to give her life during this raid, so as a sign of respect many people are showing their support by posting messages or pictures about the attacks and about Diesel along with the hashtags #JeSuisChien, #IAmDog, and #RIPDiesel. People all over the world have been showing their support for Diesel through the Je Suis Chien hashtag as it’s been trending all over the world and has been used over 40 000 times as of a few hours ago.
